Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as pierced earrings may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom, personalized, altered, or specially ordered items are also final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
